Call, text, or email us to get your account started. We will collect a few details such as your name, address, email, phone number, preferred bin size, and desired start date. 


Our pricing for garbage collection depends on the type and amount of waste, as well as the area. We offer competitive pricing and can provide a personalized quote for your specific needs.


Bins should be placed curbside by 12:00 AM on your service day (the night before). Collection may begin as early as 6:00 AM.

If your bins are not out on time, they will be serviced on your next scheduled pickup day. Return trips are not provided.


Extra bags are not collected unless approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. All trash should fit inside the bin with the lid closed.  Please contact us if you would like to add an additional bin to your account.


We do not accept hazardous waste, construction debris, batteries, tires, oils, or other restricted materials. These items may result in service refusal or additional fees.  


No. All recycling must be loose in the bin. Bagged items will be considered contamination and will not be collected. 

Contaminated bins may not be serviced. Continued contamination may result in fines, skipped service or removal of recycling service.  


Bulk pickup availability and frequency vary by area. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance and are scheduled on your regular service day.

Each pickup is limited to approximately 2 cubic yards (about 4 trash cans side by side, or items such as a washer or dryer). Additional items may require approval or an extra fee.

 If your service day falls on a holiday, we will send out notices ahead of time and your pickup will likely be rescheduled to another day that week.

In the event of delays due to weather or other factors, we will communicate updates with our customers as best as possible. We recommend following us on Facebook to stay up to date on any service changes.


Invoices are sent by email and issued before your upcoming service period. Payment is due prior to the start of the service month or quarter to avoid any service interruptions.

Autopay is available for your convenience. Customers may also request mailed invoices for a $3 billing fee.


We do not charge cancellation fees but do ask that you notify us 30 days in advanced. 

All quotes include fuel, convenience fees, and taxes. 


 The convenience fee helps offset the costs of managing accounts, processing payments, and providing customer support and notifications. All fees are included in your quoted price, so there are no surprises.
